Your Affirmation # 12: It is My Intention To: Attract Ideal People and Divine Relationships

On the 12th day of Intention, my true love gave to me… who are you attracting into your life? Do you have a true love? This chapter is great on so many levels and like Affirmation 9, today isn't about attracting ideal people and divine relationships. It is easy to assume this chapter is just about meeting the right man or woman and having strong long term relationships. I would like to invite you to consider that this chapter applies to everyone you encounter on a daily basis! The title alone sets it up. “It is my intention to attract ideal people and divine relationships.” What do you do for a living? If your occupation even remotely involves other people, whether you’re in sales, service, or you name it, you will deal with other folk and I can only assume that you want to have positive and pleasant experiences with everyone you encounter in your daily life.

I would like you to consider that when you encounter a jerk (or any other not so positive adjective) that perhaps your own connection (or lack thereof) to Intention is why you got to deal with A1 Jack-O right now. When you stay connected to the divine love that is Intention and put aside all prejudices, you can approach the people you encounter with a true desire to serve. If they’re a jerk that is not only their problem, but now yours as well because they arrived in your life space for a reason and you are there to help them through whatever it is that brought them to you. Can you put aside your ego long enough to do the will of God? Compassion is your ticket to ride.

Like any good Padawan (that’s a Jedi in training) you must fight evil and that starts by radiating and consequently attracting love. Evil cannot exist in a field of love and joy. And the best part is, you don’t even have to believe it. Believe it or not, you are attracting people into your life. Need proof? Are there people in your life? Even if you said no, you’re still attracting something, even when the something is nothing. Follow?

So back to my original question… who are you attracting into your life and are you going to use your connection to Intention to improve your situation or just stay the same or worse? Truly, it’s up to you…

The right people will arrive to assist me in every aspect of my life. I let go of any resistance to my ability to attract the right people. I have faith and trust in the universal mind of intention and allow the right people to arrive in my life space right on schedule. I am ready and willing to experience my desires.

I give forth what I intend to attract. I must be that which I am seeking. I understand that this is a universe of attraction and energy. When I am what I desire, I attract it by radiating it outward. I am matched up with the power of intention and I fulfill my intentions to attract ideal people and divine relationships.

Love can only be attracted and returned by love. I must be what I am seeking. I am Source energy in a physical body, and the better I feel, the better this loving, kind, beautiful, receptive, abundant, expanding and creative energy is flowing through me. I respect this Source energy, and I share it with others. I am already connected to those I want in my life and I act like it as well. I share the same Source energy with everyone and I think and act in ways that reflect this awareness. I know the right people will be arriving in divine order at precisely the perfect time. I act on that inner thought and think from the end. I am a co-creator.

I am love. I emanated from love and I am connected to this Source at all times. I think this way, I feel this way, and I act this way. And all I think, feel, and do will be reciprocated in exactly the same fashion. It will be only my ego that may stand in my way.

It’s all unfolding in divine order. Everyone I need for this journey has and will show up right on time. I trust in this invisible life force and the all creating mind that intends everything into existence. I am the writer, producer, and director of my glorious life. I am also the casting director. I base my choices on taking the path of no resistance and staying harmonized with the ultimate producer of this entire drama: the universal all-creating mind of intention.

I have moved away from hoping, wishing, praying, and begging for the right person or people to show up in my life. I know that this is a universe that works on energy and attraction. I have the power to attract the right people to assist me with any desire as long as I am able to shift from ego-driven energy to match up with the all-providing Source of intention. I banish all doubt about my ability to attract helpful, creative, loving people. Intending the right people and divine partners begins with knowing in my heart that it’s not only a possibility, but a certainty.

I conceptualize my invisible connection to the people I’d like to attract to my life. I let go of my exclusive identification with the appearance of my body and its possessions. I identify with the invisible energy with in me that sustains my life by directing the functions of my body. I recognize that same energy Source flowing through the same people I perceive to be missing from life, and then realign myself in thought with that person or persons. I know within me that this power of intention connects the two of us. My thoughts of creating this merger also emanate from that same field of universal intention.

I form pictures in my mind of the meeting the people I’d like to have assist me or be in partnership with me. I know that manifesting is a function of spiritual intention matching up in vibrational harmony with my desires. This is a private exercise between me and God. I don’t need to share this with others or explain myself or defend myself. I do not allow my picture to be blurred or corroded by negativity or doubt. I hold on to these pictures regardless of the obstacles and I stay in loving, kind, creative, peaceful harmony with my always expanding and endlessly abundant and receptive Source.

I act upon the inner picture. I act as if everyone I meet is part of my intention to attract ideal people into my life. I don’t expect anyone else to do the work of attracting the right people for whatever I seek. I am proactive and I stay alert for signs of synchronicity and I never ignore them. There are no coincidences.

I take the path of least resistance. Source energy is high, creative, and expansive.

I practice being the kind of person I want to attract.

I am detached from the outcome and I practice infinite patience. I put out my intention and then let go… I create a knowing within, and let the universal mind of intention handle the details.

I practice mediation, particularly the Japa mediation, to attract ideal people and divine relationships.

I look upon everyone who has ever played any role in my life as having been sent to me for my benefit.

And of course, I am forever grateful for everyone and everything in my life.
